Athena has a proven track record at Pacific Business Solutions 1993 – 2011. PNC Bank in Oregon from 1995 – 2000 supporting 80 users, multiple servers, leased lines, and phones while enforcing corporate compliance. Athena has taken courses from Microsoft University: Windows Server, Windows desktop.
Completed courses and worked in Virus detection, Virus / Malware Remediation , and has the following certifications: Technical Support Fundamentals by Google , The Bits and Bytes of Computer Networking by Google
